The ATS-101M Portable Gas Leak Detector is specifically designed for the detection and monitoring of Hexane (C₆H₁₄) gas leaks. Hexane is a highly flammable and toxic hydrocarbon, commonly used in chemical industries, paint manufacturing, and oil refineries. This portable device offers real-time monitoring, ensuring the safety of personnel and protection of property against fire, explosion, and health risks. It can detect Hexane concentrations ranging from 0 to 100% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). Optional versions can detect in ppm levels if required. Calibration is recommended every 6 months for ensuring accuracy. ATS provides calibration kits and services. It is built with IP65 protection for dust and splash resistance. For applications in explosive zones (Zone 1, Zone 2), ATEX-certified versions are available on request.
